Who We Are

LeadThrive is an AI lead capture tool for estate and letting agents. This policy explains how LeadThrive handles personal information submitted through this website, the public demo, and LeadThrive-powered assistant experiences.

LeadThrive is operated by Sam Pick, trading as LeadThrive.

For the LeadThrive website and public demo, LeadThrive is responsible for deciding how enquiry information is used. Where LeadThrive is installed on an estate agency website, the agency will normally be the data controller and LeadThrive will process enquiry information on that agency's instructions.

Information We Collect

When someone uses the LeadThrive assistant, we collect the information they choose to provide during the conversation, including:

• enquiry type, such as buy, rent, sell, or landlord
• property location and property type
• budget or price range, where relevant
• email address
• phone number, if provided
• the page URL and browser user agent for context and troubleshooting

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through the public demo or assistant unless it is needed for the property enquiry.

How We Use This Information

We use enquiry information to capture and pass property leads to the relevant estate agency or LeadThrive test inbox. This includes creating a lead record, sending an email notification, troubleshooting the assistant, preventing abuse, and improving the reliability of the product.

Lawful Basis

For the LeadThrive website and public demo, we usually rely on legitimate interests: operating the product, responding to enquiries, testing the demo, preventing misuse, and improving the assistant. Where LeadThrive is used by an estate agency customer, the agency is responsible for identifying its lawful basis for collecting and following up with leads.

Where Information Is Processed

LeadThrive currently uses trusted third-party services to operate the website, process assistant messages, store lead records, and send email notifications. These services may include Netlify for hosting and serverless functions, OpenAI for AI-assisted enquiry extraction, Google Sheets for lead records, and Resend for email delivery.

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's transfer safeguards and contractual protections where required by data protection law.

AI Processing

The assistant may send the latest chat message to an AI provider so it can identify enquiry details such as intent, location, property type, budget, email, or phone number. LeadThrive uses this to structure the enquiry and does not use assistant messages for advertising.

Demo Enquiries

The public demo is intended for testing LeadThrive. The demo estate agency is fictional. Please do not submit real personal information unless you are comfortable with it being stored as a test lead and reviewed for product testing.

Cookies, Local Storage, and Analytics

LeadThrive does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or browser local storage for tracking. If analytics or tracking tools are added in future, this policy will be updated and any required consent controls will be added.

Data Retention

Demo and test enquiries are kept only for as long as needed for testing, troubleshooting, product improvement, or support, and are normally removed within 90 days unless there is a security or support reason to keep them for longer. Leads collected for an estate agency customer are retained according to that customer's instructions or agreement with LeadThrive.

Your Choices

You can ask for your enquiry information to be accessed, corrected, deleted, or restricted. You can also object to certain uses of your information. If the enquiry was submitted to an estate agency using LeadThrive, the agency may need to handle the request as the controller for its own lead records.

Security

LeadThrive uses HTTPS, server-side API keys, input validation, rate limiting, and access-controlled third-party services to protect enquiry information. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid submitting information that is not needed for the enquiry.
